CBD Oil is a compound found in cannabis (marijuana) that does not cause the “high” usually associated with another compound in marijuana, THC.  CBD is the second most abundant cannabinoid in marijuana.  A cannabinoid is a chemical which activates naturally occurring cannabinoid receptors in the body. Scientific research has been (and is being) conducted which has shown the many health benefits of CBD. Due the high demand by medical users, growers of both medical marijuana and industrial hemp have started to cultivate plants strains that are CBD-rich instead of the previously desired high THC varieties. CBD has actually even been shown to counteract some of the side effects of THC, such as the “munchies.” Like THC increases the appetite, CBD suppresses it.  At some point in the future, CBD may even be incorporated into a weight-loss drug.  One exception to the appetite-suppression properties exhibited by CBD is in those with anxiety or stress that makes it difficult for them to eat because due to its sedative effect the CBD aids in calming the anxiety, helping to get rid of the sick feelings in their stomach or chest that is preventing them from eating normally. CBD oil has also been shown to be anti-inflammatory and animal studies in mice have shown that it reduced inflammation associated with a version of rheumatoid arthritis.  CBD could be used for treating symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases.  Another study with mice showed that when given a dose of CBD immediately following a heart attack the infarct size was reduced by more than 60%.  Additionally, another study using mice showed the ability of CBD to block the development of diabetes.  Several other animal studies have been done showing CBD Oil can prevent metastasis of breast cancer cells. A small scale study done in Brazil showed that adding CBD to the anticonvulsants used by epilepsy patients reduced or stopped the seizures they experienced.  More animal research studies and eventually human clinical trials will need to be completed before mainstream medicine accepts CBD oil as a viable medicine, but judging by the increased demand by patients these will be coming in the not so distant future. CBD oil increases the effectiveness of antibiotics

In many diseases of bacterial origin, doctors prescribe drugs to their patients to kill the small pathogens. These medicines are called antibiotics. Often they are the subject of critical discussions, as they can cause a certain harm to the patient on the one hand, and because they are often used too lightly by medical professionals. In addition, the inappropriate use of broad spectrum antibiotics can make bacteria resistant and no longer responsive to treatment with the drugs. As scientists have recently found through a study, the cannabis drug cannabidiol (CBD) can support the action of antibiotic supplements. So far, the effect of cannabidiol on antibiotics has not been studiedIn a collaboration between the Department of Biomedical Sciences and the Research Center of Optimal Health, both are institutions of the University of Westminster, Dr. Ing. Sigrun Lange and Prof. Jimmy Bell carried out the first study of this kind. There were also numerous researchers from other universities involved. In particular, they investigated the effects of CBD on the release of so-called membrane vesicles. These are components that influence the interaction and communication between the bacteria and that can reduce the effectiveness of antibiotics. Direct comparison of the release of membrane vesicles from the bacteria revealed that the influence of CBD was evident in both the number and structure of membrane vesicles. CBD could complement antibiotic treatment and avoid resistanceOver the course of the study, scientists tested the effect of CBD on various types of bacteria. It turned out that cannabidiol, especially in thin-walled bacteria, reduced the release of membrane vesicles and increased bacterial kill by the antibiotic. From this, the research team concluded that it is possible to combine the use of CBD with antibiotic treatment in some cases to increase their efficacy. This should also minimize the chances of resistance of the pathogens. Cannabidiol itself also has antibacterial propertiesIt has long been known that cannabidiol itself has an antibacterial effect. Until recently, nobody knew how this effect works in the body. The study by the University of Westminster now reveals that CBD can significantly affect the production and condition of vesicles, thereby weakening the bacterial pathogens. This makes cannabinoid an interesting addition to antibiotic treatments. As antibiotic resistance is becoming more common and can become a long-term threat to all humanity, one should not underestimate the value of this effect of cannabidiol. Source: GLASMANN, Dieter Klaus. Study confirms CBD as a treatment option for heroin addiction

A weaning of heroin is difficult. Moreover, it is a physical and psychological torment that can be dangerous to the body. Therefore, the cold withdrawal without medical supervision can sometimes be risky. Cannabidiol (CBD) has already fueled hopes in the US regarding legal, opioid-based drugs, perhaps overriding the national opioid crisis. In recent years, more and more people have become dependent on prescribed medicines. New research now confirms that CBD has the potential to help heroin addicts too. Cannabidiol and opioid addictionThe study by the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, published in the American Journal of Psychiatry, examined the effect of cannabidiol on people with heroin use disorder. The promising results make CBD a potential component of future heroin-addicted cessation measures. To the same degree, CBD is also suitable for the treatment of people who are dependent on other opioids. In animal experiments one could already achieve success with cannabidiol in Opioidsucht in the past. Therefore, they have now carried out a series of experiments on humans. Since many psychosocial factors can be responsible for dependence, long-term use or even relapses after successful withdrawal in humans, the results of animal experiments are not necessarily transferable. CBD takes addict the fear and the desireIn the course of the new, double-blind study, 42 men and women were dependent on heroin. Participants were given a daily oral CBD solution. After three consecutive days of CBD intake and concomitant heroin abstinence, anxiety and drug cravings were significantly reduced. Randomly, patients received 400 mg or 800 mg CBD solution a day. The placebo group was exempted, they were of course no drug. Subjects were routinely confronted with heroin by showing syringes, rubber bands, or other utensils to remind them of their consumption. Meanwhile, the heart rate and salivary cortisol levels have been measured. Cortisol is considered a stress hormone. In stress situations the body produces this hormone intensified. Compared to the patients in the placebo group, both physiological measurements were reduced in subjects who received CBD. Fight cannabidiol to relapse into addictionThe study author and director of the Mount Sinai Addiction Institute in New York. Yasmin Hurd stresses the urgent need for new treatment options for millions of people who depend on opioids of all kinds. Therefore, she initiated the study to evaluate the potential of a safe cannabinoid for the symptoms of withdrawal in heroin addicts. Here, anxiety disorders and the irrepressible desire for the substance play the biggest role and lead to high relapse rates. CBD promises, Dr. Hurd to become a great value for the future treatment of heroin addiction. Not only does the action alone qualify the cannabinoid for this use, but that CBD is non-toxic and harmless, and moreover has no own addictive potential. Source: GLASMANN, Dieter Klaus. What causes CBD in fibromyalgia?

When someone uses the word soft tissue rheumatism, it actually means fibromyalgia or the fibromyalgia syndrome. The term is composed of the Latin word Fibra (fiber), as well as the Greek expressions Mys (muscle) and Algos (pain). He describes one of the most common symptoms that people suffering from the condition suffer from. The name of the disease was known to only a few people until a few years ago, but since the cannabis drug cannabidiol (CBD) enjoys so much public attention, the term fibromyalgia in the media is more common. Apparently, CBD has properties that may be useful for the treatment of the disease. How Can CBD Help With Fibromyalgia? Does the appearance of the condition give reason to believe that CBD can help?People who suffer from fibromyalgia syndrome sometimes lose considerably in quality of life. Muscular pain in various parts of the body is associated with frequent fatigue and sleep disorders. Other symptoms may include decreased memory and concentration, depression, and a feeling of morning stiffness. Fibromyalgia patients are also usually more sensitive to pain. Up to 80 percent of medical conditions affect women, most of them between 40 and 60 years old. A cause for fibromyalgia could not be determined so far. Today, it is assumed that several factors - ranging from predisposition to biological preconditions and psychological stress - all lead to the disease. Established drug treatments for fibromyalgia do not exist, one resorts to sports and exercise rather than therapeutic measures. The use of CBD in fibromyalgia might be a useful adjunct to therapy in some patients. What symptoms can be treated with cannabidiol?Since fibromyalgia is not associated with inflammation, the anti-inflammatory effect of CBD in fibromyalgia is not really significant. But CBD also has many other beneficial effects, some of which may be helpful in fibromyalgia syndrome. As part of the treatment, many patients are also prescribed antidepressants. These are not always harmless with regard to their side effects and consequences. Also, CBD has properties that positively affect the mood and mood and increase well-being, but without causing serious side effects. Among other things, patients who use CBD in fibromyalgia report an increase in their agility. The next issue that CBD can address is sleep problems because cannabinoid is known to both relax the mind and body and have a positive effect on sleep quality. The improved recovery and the relaxed state of mind generally improve the quality of life, and this promotes mild disease and mild symptoms. Fibromyalgia and the endocannabinoid systemSince the effect of CBD on fibromyalgia is poorly documented scientifically, and most of the information comes from patient reports, it is up to anyone to personally determine for themselves whether CBD will help or not. Also, you should discuss this with the doctor, especially if you regularly take other medications. However, there are studies that associate fibromyalgia syndrome with a lack of endocannabinoids as a possible cause, and consider treatment with externally added cannabinoids as a potential treatment. Another study showed that after use, fibromyalgia patients report reduced symptoms, better well-being and better mental health. For this reason, it is definitely worth trying CBD for fibromyalgia. However, as reported by many users, only CBD products with a concentration of over 15% should be used. Low concentrations should be less helpful. Source: GLASMANN, Dieter Klaus. Was bewirkt CBD bei Fibromyalgie? Aug 8, 2019. CBD helps with hepatitis

Hepatitis is also referred to as jaundice in Germany, but this is actually only a variant. Hepatitis has many manifestations and can have just as many causes. Liver disease has long been considered an infection in Germany that can be contracted while traveling. Thus, hepatitis was mentioned together with other sexually transmitted diseases in one breath and thus long had a stigma that taboo the disease. What is hepatitis and what forms of liver disease are there? The word hepatitis actually defines only the category of liver inflammation, it derives from the Greek word hepar, which simply means liver. The epidemic -itis often found in illnesses simply marks inflammations, hence the term hepatitis is not a precise diagnosis in itself. Basically, there are two clinical distinctions, acute and chronic hepatitis. It is considered chronic if it has not healed within half a year. Further differences become clear by the cause of the hepatitis illnesses. It may have purely physical causes, such as disorders in blood flow or bruises, it may be caused by the addition of noxious substances such as alcohol, drugs and drugs, but it can also be caused by various pathogens. The classic viral hepatitis are marked with a letter from A to E and differ mainly in their course and severity. Although hepatitis can be attributed to so many factors, the clinical picture and symptoms are often very similar: The liver tissue has inflammation, which can manifest itself in the body through feverdepending on heavy blood in the urinethe affected liver cells die offthe metabolic functions of the liver are restrictedthe disturbed organ activity can show itself in feelings of weaknessthe blood clotting is disturbeddead liver tissue can lead to scarred growths (fibrosis) or nodular adhesions (liver cirrhosis)Are the different forms of hepatitis curable?Whether a hepatitis disease can be treated successfully depends on its cause. Mechanical disorders in liver function can often be resolved by medication or surgical intervention. If liver inflammation has been caused by the intake of harmful substances such as alcohol, drugs or medicines, a radical change in the hitherto harmful lifestyle can bring success, insofar as the damage is not too advanced. There are distinctions in viral infections, and the forms hepatitis A and E almost never become chronic, except in severely immunocompromised individuals, and heal without consequences. After all, five percent of chronic hepatitis B diseases become chronic, and up to 80 percent of variant C. The hepatitis D pathogens need for their propagation foundations, which is created by hepatitis B, therefore, this variant of hepatitis occurs only in patients who are already affected by type B. The cure for type C and D hepatitis is difficult and not always successful. In some cases, the number of viruses after the end of treatment increases again, especially type C often leads to liver cirrhosis. Can cannabidiol help to cure hepatitis? The use of cannabidiol, for example in the form of CBD oil, has already proved helpful in many diseases, whether as a healing substance or for the relief of symptoms. According to a study by the University of South Carolina, the use of CBD in hepatitis disease is promising, as it has several beneficial effects. The studies showed a decrease in inflammation and liver damage after administration of CBD oil. This increased the durability of the liver tissue and improved the overall constitution of the liver. As an antioxidant, CBD also inhibits the oxidation-related damage to liver tissue by binding the free radicals produced by the breakdown of undesirable substances in the liver. Are There Side Effects Of Hepatitis Treatment With CBD Oil?Only a few substances used as a drug are as well tolerated as cannabidiol. There are few known side effects and are perceived as rather harmless compared to the treated complaints. Nevertheless, some side effects of CBD treatment may occur, especially in very sensitive and sensitive people: Nausea and diarrheadrowsinessanorexiaDryness of the mouth, nose and eyesConventional drugs used in hepatitis often cause more serious side effects, and the use of CBD can be considered very safe and safe. How should CBD be used in hepatitis? The use of cannabidiol in the form of oils and extracts is recommended for use in liver inflammation, which is dripped with a pipette under the tongue. Keeping the CBD oil in the mouth for a while favors the absorption of the active ingredients. But it is also possible to take CBD capsules or mix the drops into a drink. The fastest effect is achieved by taking the CBD through a vaporizer, usually by vaporizing high CBD cannabis flowers. For hepatitis treatment with cannabidiol, a daily intake of 25 milligrams of CBD is expected. However, the optimal dosage depends on so many individual factors that affected patients should identify them in collaboration with their attending physician. Source: GLASMANN, Dieter Klaus. Recent study on the effectiveness of CBD in cancer

In a recent study, English scientists investigated the effects of cannabidiol on tumor growth in cancer patients - with promising results. The special feature: The study was carried out on humans. Meanwhile, cannabidiol is often referred to as a medical all-rounder. The medicinal properties of cannabinoid can significantly enhance well-being and, when taken regularly, have a major health benefit. Unlike THC, it does not look psychoactive, meaning you do not have to worry about influencing the mind. CBD has no effect on motor skills and is legally available in Germany as a dietary supplement. The World Health Organization (WHO) also classifies cannabidiol as a harmless substance. Most studies on the efficacy of CBD have been performed in vitro, ie in test tubes, or on animals. English scientists have now tested the efficacy of cannabinoid in cancer on human subjects - with promising results. Study on the effects of cannabidiol on cancer cellsA total of 119 patients with advanced metastases participated in the study [1] and received synthetic cannabidiol in the form of an oil at a concentration of 5%. Each drop contained 1mg of synthetic CBD in a neutral oil. To test the efficacy of the treatment, a circulating tumor cell (CTC) test was performed at the beginning and at the end of the study. Patients received the CBD oil for three days, followed by a three-day break. The average dose was 10mg per day, but adjusted to the status of the disease. The minimum duration of application was six months. 28 patients were treated with synthetic cannabidiol only. Other participants also took cannabis products or, due to illness, other medications. The result: In 92% of the patients a clinically significant reaction could be observed. Despite the relatively small number of participants, an observable change in 92% of the subjects is quite meaningful. In some subjects even a decrease of the metastases could be observed. Others benefited from stopping the spread of cancer cells. None of the 119 patients had side effects. Unfortunately, while 92% of the respondents responded to treatment with synthetic CBD, this does not mean that cannabidiol is the new natural wonder weapon in the treatment of cancer cells. The authors of the study concluded that CBD is a potential treatment option for patients with breast cancer or glioblastomas. Especially when conventional therapies have no effect. Overall, more studies are needed to better assess the effect of CBD as a potential cancer drug. CBD as a natural complementary treatment methodIn conventional cancer therapy, chemotherapy, radiation, immune or hormone treatments are used to stop tumor growth. Such "therapies" are extremely expensive and sometimes associated with severe side effects. The use of cannabidiol is considered to be very safe and it can only come to interactions with special drugs that can be excluded in advance but very well. Experience has shown that CBD has been used to treat the side effects of cancer therapy. Many cancer patients report how CBD has helped to increase their appetite. Also in alleviating vomiting and nausea, CBD showed promising therapeutic potential. Although it was conducted only with 119 participants, the results of the study nevertheless have a high significance. In 92% of the participants a clinical change of the metastases could be observed and although none of them could be completely cured, the results provide important arguments for the further investigation of possible medical applications of cannabidiol. Source: GLASMANN, Dieter Klaus. THCV: What is this rare cannabinoid?

The cannabis plant contains more than 100 different cannabinoids. One of them is tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV), which differs from other, better-known drugs such as THC and CBD because of its unique effect. Although cannabidiol is becoming more and more popular, many people still think of cannabis primarily as psychoactive THC. The drug has great medicinal potential and can help us fall asleep or influence the concentration of neurotransmitters so that pain is less intense. Unfortunately, ingesting too much THC is also associated with negative effects such as anxiety, an increased risk of developing psychosis or depression and, of course, increased hunger. In addition, researchers now believe that long-term use may reduce attention, weaken short-term memory, and limit motor skills. Although each active substance of the hemp plant has its own medically valuable properties, the various cannabinoids provide for their individual effect through their interaction. For example, by balancing the psychoactive THC. In addition, organisms seem to benefit most from the effects of as many cannabinoids as possible. The properties of THCVTHCV is considered relatively rare and difficult to extract. The boiling point of cannabinoids is about 220 ° C, so it must be heated more than THC. In the human body, THCV has a psychoactive effect that can increase the effect of THC. However, in contrast to the main psychoactive substance, THCV is only half as long. THCV can suppress appetite. The potentially appetite-suppressing effect could be of interest to overweight patients. Patients who have problems with food intake, for example due to chemotherapy, should be advised to abstain from using it. In addition, it has been found that THCV has a stimulating effect and can sharpen the mind. Scientists are currently investigating the properties of THCV in the treatment of diabetes - with promising results. THC appears to have beneficial effects on the regulation of blood sugar levels and the reduction of insulin resistance. THVC is found in almost all cannabis strains, sometimes even in a very high concentration. In tests it could be proven that some varieties from the Asian region or African landrace sometimes even have a THCV content of more than 50%. In the breeding of most varieties, however, the content of THCV does not play a major role. Research into the medical potential of THCV is still in its infancy. The results so far, however, give a promising insight into the properties of the cannabinoid and give hope that in the future even more evidence for the effectiveness of the targeted application of the drug can be collected.  Source: BOEDEFELD, Christian. Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of cannabinoids

How do cannabinoids in the human body and what influence do they have on the organism? Pharmacologists have been dealing with this question for a long time. Already a few years ago, Dr. Franjo Grotenhermen summarized his thoughts on the subject in a scientific article. Dr. Franjo Grotenhermen is a practicing physician and is considered an expert in the treatment of cannabis. This is not only shown by numerous scientific publications and book publications. The general practitioner is a highly respected speaker at various cannabis events, where he lectures on cannabis in medicine. In addition, he is an important part of the Working Group on Cannabis as Medicine (ACM). The working group offers interested parties the possibility of independent counseling and further education on the medical use of cannabis. At www.cannabis-med.org you can find information about cannabis in medicine, science, law and politics. Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamicsPharmacokinetics is a branch of pharmacology that deals with the effects, distribution and metabolism of a consumed drug in the body as a function of time. This includes all processes that a substance undergoes in the body. Including the absorption of the active substance, distribution in the body, biochemical processing and excretion. In contrast, pharmacodynamics deals with the influence of a drug on the organism or what biochemical and physiological effects it has on the body. The pharmacodynamic effects of a drug can be subdivided into desirable and undesired effects. CannabinoidsIn simple terms, cannabinoids interact with receptors of the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which are found in important organs, in the brain, the immune system or in the central nervous system, among other things. This affects the concentration of certain neurotransmitters in the ECS, which has a special effect. Of particular interest for the pharmacological effect of cannabis is THC or delta (9) -tetrahydrocannabinol. In addition, the acidic metabolite THC-COOH, the non-psychoactive cannabidiol (CBD), several cannabinoid-like substances and newly discovered modulators of the body's cannabinoid system, which have promising potential for the therapeutic use of cannabis. The effect of cannabinoids is mainly due to the activation of G-protein-coupled cannabinoid receptors in the brain and peripheral tissues. There are also indications of receptor-independent mechanisms. Usually, cannabinoids are dissolved and inhaled or cannabis products taken orally. Rectal use, sublingual or transdermal application, and eye drops as an application have only been studied in a few studies and are of little importance in today's practice. The pharmacokinetics of THC vary depending on the mode of administration. In the case of pulmonary uptake of THC, the concentration of the active substance content in the blood plasma can be measured within minutes; psychotropic effects are noticeable within seconds to less minutes. They reach a maximum after 25-30 minutes and gradually decrease within 2-3 hours. When taken orally, the psychoactive effect begins after 30-90 minutes. It reaches its maximum after 2-3 hours and lasts about 4-12 hours depending on the dose and specific effects. In doses that exceed the psychotropic threshold, cannabis intake usually results in increased well-being and relaxation with an intensified perception of common sensory experiences. The main acute side effects of overdose include anxiety and panic attacks, as well as physical symptoms such as increased heart rate and blood pressure changes. It can not be ruled out that regular cannabis use can lead to mental dependency and mild withdrawal symptoms. Controversial are the occurrence and intensity of possible long-term harmful effects on psyche and perception, the immune system, fertility and pregnancy. The indicators of medical use of cannabis include, but are not limited to, pain relief, muscle relaxation, immunosuppression, sedation, mood enhancement, appetite enhancement, intraocular pressure reduction, bronchodilation, neuroprotection and initiation of cancer cell death. Source: BOEDEFELD, Christian. CBD, a helper against fear

Stress and anxiety reactions are actually a natural adaptation of the body to extraordinary situations in life. The fear makes attentive in dangerous situations and can help to cope with these. In turn, CBD can help to better manage the anxiety. Although they make sense, fears appear in the form of symptoms that we find uncomfortable. In some cases, such anxiety also occurs in mental disorders and become a chronic condition. Since time immemorial, people have taken very different measures against stress and anxiety. More and more scientific evidence suggests that cannabinoid CBD can alleviate anxiety symptoms. Stress and anxiety over timeSome may now think that when stress and anxiety are useful and natural, why do we perceive them as unpleasant? Why do we treat the symptoms that warn us against dangers? This has something to do with the development of the human species. While earlier our fear responses protected us from immediate dangers, today it's not that easy anymore. Our fears are more complex today. They mostly refer to things that are not happening in our present time. We have fears for the future. Or we have general fears of dangers that represent an eventuality, but not the actual reality. An example of this is the fear of serious illness, poverty and other existential problems. And some of our fears can also find their cause in (early) childhood imprints and manifest as phobias. It could be said that the human body has not kept pace with our reality of life when it comes to anxiety reactions. In addition, there are also people in whom the fear takes disproportionate proportions. Then it is diagnosed as a mental disorder, or as part of it. The availability of CBD products today can help people deal with social and other anxieties, even without a doctor. How are anxiety symptoms treated? When a doctor or psychologist diagnoses anxiety or anxiety as a mental disorder, psychotherapeutic approaches tend to be appropriate. As a rule, a behavioral therapy is carried out in which it comes to cope with the symptoms. In some cases, depth psychological procedures are used to uncover unconscious mental conflicts. However, there are many people who would not go to the doctor with a fear, on the one hand out of shame, on the other hand, because as a layman, the fear is not associated with illness. For some people, their own fears are not serious enough to want to do something about it. But no matter what anxiety type you are, cannabidiol (CBD) can be a helpful support in stress and anxiety situations. Treat anxiety symptoms with CBDA study by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has addressed anxiety disorders and investigated the effects that CBD can have on them. In their experiments with CBD an anxiolytic (anxiolytic) effect was detected. In tests with patients with anxiety disorders, some of whom received CBD, and some who were taking placebo, participants in the CBD group showed a marked reduction in anxiety symptoms, cognitive impairment and feelings of discomfort. There were no such developments in the placebo group. The study looked at patients with social phobias, fears related to how people treat people. For example, many people become nervous when talking to crowds. This is known as stage fright, and it is one of the most common fears that plagues people in our society. That's why only a few go to the doctor. In such situations, CBD relaxes the body and mind, relieving the symptoms of anxiety through its calming action. Other scientific studies have also shown that people with anxiety disorders are increasingly using cannabis without knowing that the cannabinoids help them to reduce anxiety. Source: GLASMANN, Dieter Klaus. Increase the performance with cannabidiol

In the everyday professional life of modern society, the pressure to perform is omnipresent. To compensate for it, people do all sorts of things. Sport or yoga as compensation, coaching and counseling for motivation, but also drugs and alcohol to escape the stress. Some people also break under pressure, suffer burn-out, tinnitus or other stress symptoms. Also, techniques, training and substances to increase productivity and performance are in great demand. In addition to chemical stimulants, it is also the natural and healthier alternatives that meet with growing interest. The cannabis drug cannabidiol could be such an alternative. The calming effect of CBD helps several times in performance pressureAs we now know, CBD has many properties that make it attractive for health-related use. One that can help the stress-afflicted is the calming and anxiolytic effect. This works on several levels in favor of productivity. For one, CBD promotes sleep, and those who are rested can do more and concentrate better. The same effect also ensures that exercises such as yoga and meditation as well as relaxation breaks can be used more effectively. Also during working hours CBD is a performance boosterAnother aspect of the calming effect of cannabidiol is on working time itself. When you are stressed, you feel anxiety, nervousness and insecurity. Sure, because at work often something goes wrong or you make an overwhelmed impression and eventually the job may be at stake. These insecurities and anxiety, in turn, may be triggers for mishaps and mistakes, and they increase anxiety. It's almost a vicious circle. This can be broken with the support of CBD. CBD calms, promotes a more relaxed posture and brightens the mood. This enhances the ability to concentrate and maintain the overview, which again increases the sovereignty and serenity. So you turn the vicious circle around. Productive and confident with cannabidiolIncreasing quality of life and well-being are key to optimal job productivity. Anyone who feels comfortable in their skin, and who is rested and recovered, is able to perform at their best. And especially in everyday situations that cause us discomfort, CBD can be very helpful. This may involve things like a conversation with the boss or a speech in front of an audience. With CBD you can develop the serenity and sovereignty that will take those moments away. And once you have reached this point, the self-confidence in the workplace can get a real boost. Try it yourself and get started with cannabidiol. Source: GLASMANN, Dieter Klaus.
